We are looking for you – HR Intern – the one who is eager to get more knowledge of all steps of international HR processes at Modus Group: talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, new colleague onboarding, learning/training policy, career planning, preparation of HR documentation according to the Labor code and many more. We are ready to share our knowledge and HR management secrets in return to your dedication and enthusiasm!

 

To be our perfect fit we expect you to:

• Be more than interested in HR processes: from talent selection and recruitment process till HR documentation;

• Be the last year student of human resources or business management, psychology, business administration or similar fields;

• Have previous experience of working/practising in business organisation;

• Be advanced in English (Russian language is an advantage);

• Be communicative, responsible and able to work with limited or no guidance;

• Truly think outside the box, find innovative methods and solutions because working smart > working hard.
